A full-body routine designed to evolve your fitness, including stretching, bodyweight/dumbbell exercises, and step aerobics, led by Lori Teel. $10 per class. Class is capped at 12 participants!
Learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing. Our Kickboxing classes are full of offensive, defensive, and movement drills. Great for Cardiovascular health and Self Defense!
